Zustyoo.com (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is owned and operated by SVK Tours Pvt Ltd (CIN: U79110GJ2024PTC153433), with its registered office at Sec-09, Plot 46, Shop-05, Ground Floor, Gandhidham, Kachchh, Gujarat, India — 370201. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Platform is intended for travel agents, consultants and businesses (“Partners”) who use it to search and book travel products. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
All bookings for flights, hotels, visa services and travel insurance are subject to the terms, fare rules, availability and policies of the respective suppliers and providers. Prices and availability may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Payment terms, applicable charges and settlement arrangements will be communicated to registered Partners. You are responsible for all bookings made through your account.
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the policies of the relevant airline, hotel, insurer or service provider, along with any applicable service charges. Refunds, where due, are processed in line with those policies.
We act as a distribution platform connecting Partners with travel suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays or service quality of third-party suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the specific booking concerned.
All content, trademarks, logos and software on the Platform are the property of SVK Tours Pvt Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gandhidham, Gujarat.
